We live in a global society, and communicate with different cultures on a daily basis. Join PWR and guest speaker Kim Cermak as we take a deep dive into effective cross-cultural communication, and appreciating value differences in the workplace and beyond.

Values drive behavior. Becoming curious about diverse team members who have different value sets than you, and listening to what is important to each, is an entry point to buildingbridges across the cultural divide.

This event is a workshop-style event that is ideal for anyone who leads or works within an organization, as well as HR professionals.

We are proud to be a SHRM Accredited organization, and offering 1.5 SHRM credits for each event in this series for those who would benefit.
