Mary Dougherty

Owner, Nicole Miller Philadelphia boutiques

Mary is a self-made entrepreneur and community leader whose career in fashion began as a traveling wholesale representative for Nicole Miller almost 30 years ago. Her most recent endeavor with Mary K. Dougherty & Associates has produced a number of high-profile events to benefit Nicole Miller Philadelphia, the Philadelphia fashion industry, and numerous philanthropic efforts.

Nora Cothren

Ed Snyder Youth Hockey Foundation

Nora Cothren is an educator and ice hockey coach. After playing ice hockey at Smith College, Cothren has been dedicated to creating safe sporting environments for all. She has worked with GO! Athletes for the past three years - serving on the Board of Directors since 2015. Nora is also a Co-Chair of the Northeast Regional Board for You Can Play.

Yasmine Mustafa

Founder, ROAR for Good

Yasmine Mustafa is a tech entrepreneur, community leader, and advisor. Championing the underprivileged has been a core part of her identity since her family was rescued from the Persian Gulf War. Her latest venture, ROAR for Good, is a self-defense wearable technology company aimed at diminishing attacks against women.

Kristen specializes in Leadership Development and Diversity. In her current role, she develops and creates custom training solutions for clients, and consults around leadership behaviors, inclusion strategies, and training initiatives. Kristen also facilitates trainings, presents webinars and presents at both intimate and large-scale events about inclusive leadership training.

Tiffany is a relationship-focused leader and mentor. At PECO, Tiffany’s team manages corporate contributions and sponsorships to organizations that work in arts & culture, education, environment and community development. She is also founder of Right Side Partners LLC, a leadership development and training firm.
